Shadow teachers play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the child’s needs and the classroom environment. However, many shadow teachers begin their roles without structured professional training. This program aims to equip shadow teachers with essential knowledge, practical strategies, and professional skills to effectively support children with special needs in inclusive school settings.
